Our Achievements

The official 2024-2029 Business Plan will be posted to all eligible businesses on May 1, 2024.

This summarises the last five years of our activity and includes a plan for the future.

Please take the time to review it and look out for your ballot paper, which Civica Election Services will post to you on May 3rd, 2024.

Rest assured, the postal ballot is conducted with the same rigour as an election campaign. Your vote is entirely confidential, just like in any other election process, ensuring your privacy and the integrity of the ballot.

If you have any questions about your ballot paper, you must go directly to Civica Election Services, whom you can contact at bids@cesvotes.com.

Here is what we will and will NOT be doing throughout the ballot.

We WILL:

• Contact eligible businesses to check that business plans have been received.
• Issue a replacement business plan to those who have misplaced it.
• Answer any questions about the business plan.
• Provide information on how you can request replacement ballot papers, etc, from Civica Election Services.

We will NOT:

• Try to coerce you to vote in a certain way.  Find out more about what undue influence looks like HERE and how you can report it. 
• Ask to collect your ballot paper.
• Ask you to show us how you have voted.
• Contact Civica Election Services on your behalf.
